Our Story
30ACRES Harvest Co. began as a working market garden inside the wider 30ACRES property in regional Victoria — a place where land, enterprise and community come together. What started as a few trays of microgreens has grown into a small, focused produce brand supplying the chefs and locals who care most about freshness.

We're not a wholesaler. We're growers. Every harvest is small-batch, harvested-to-order and delivered close to home — so what arrives in your kitchen is the best version of itself.
Freshness First
Most of what we grow is cut the day it's delivered. Our microgreens often leave the property still living — in their tray — so chefs can hold them at peak for days.
Sustainability
We use hydroponic systems for water efficiency, season-led planting in the open garden, and growing practices that protect the soil and the country we work on.
